Job Summary

· We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to perform a variety of secretarial, clerical, administrative and creative duties.

Job Description & Responsibilities

· Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

· Answers phones and responds to emails.

· Schedules patient appointments utilizing our Electronic Medical Record System (we will provide training on our EMR).

· Obtains and verifies patient insurance authorizations.

· Greets patients and assists them through check-in and check-out process.

· Calculates and accepts patient payments.

· Conducts ordering, pick-ups and drop-offs for office supplies, mails, packages, etc.

· Manages the company’s social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Yelp.

· Engages with our online social media followers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow the community, and brainstorms creative ways to increase engagement.

· Works with the marketing, creative, and product teams to create high quality, engaging, and relevant social media content.

· Identifies trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities to grow in the social media space.

Job Qualifications & Skills

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience: Preference will be given to those with past related work experience, and those interested in a long-term employment.

· Professional appearance.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· Computer literate (PC and Mac)

· Experience in creating, editing, and posting curated content (photos and videos) on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Yelp.

· Demonstrates a keen artistic eye and a passion for crafting visually appealing and engaging social media content.
