Brand Partnerships Manager - Productions

Hollywood Branded is on the hunt for a Brand Partnerships Manager to be our next Pop Culture Marketing Rockstar! Do you love love love pop culture? We are on the lookout for a creative and talented team player to help take our agency to the next level. As a Brand Partnerships Manager at our Redondo Beach location, you'll be responsible for managing clients' accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with our services. You will be developing and executing brand partnerships with productions, which may include a variety of the following depending on the campaign: earned or paid integrations, digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, and collaborating with influencers and media to promote our clients' products and services. You may also be assisting with the creation and execution of public relations strategies, managing oversight of client social media channels, and working to develop marketing collateral that aligns with brand values and goals.

Our match is someone who has massive drive for continued improvement, stays informed of industry trends, keeps an eye on the competitive landscape, and monitors and analyzes campaign performance to provide regular reports to clients on campaign metrics and KPIs. This role requires a passion for pop culture (and also for office dogs), since we work with every content platform and everyone in entertainment partnerships, including movies, TV shows, and celebrities. You will work with our team of professionals to deliver top-quality marketing and branding services that help our clients reach their marketing goals.

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, advertising, or related field.

• You have 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships with productions, including experience in several of the following areas: paid integrations, cross-promotions, co-branding, digital advertising, influencer marketing, public relations, or social media management.
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

• You like getting your hands dirty and taking ownership of your projects
• Your passport and bags are ready to go to worldwide destinations
• You’re onboard for agency life and the hours it can sometimes entail
• You are organized and stay on top of your work

Your Super Powers Include

• Ability to manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Understanding of how to build effective brand partnerships with productions – including Film and TV both in network and streaming productions, music videos, and/or social media content.
• Knowledge of how to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, display advertising, and video advertising.
• Skilled at Identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote our clients' products and services to their followers.
• Capability to create and execute public relations strategies to enhance our clients' visibility and reputation.
• Brand awareness builder that engages client audiences through social media channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral that aligns with our clients' brand values and goals.
• Expertise in monitoring campaign performance by providing regular reports to clients on campaign metrics and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of digital content marketing, paid ads, and social media platforms
• Advanced-level knowledge of SEO
• Experienced in email marketing best practices
• Expertise in Hubspot (continued certification required)
• Stellar writing skills – both in creativity and mechanics
