Title: CRM Data Research Specialist
Direct Supervisor: Marketing Manager
Core Work Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday (Hybrid - In Office & Limited Remote)
Position Purpose
As CRM Data Research Specialist, you will be responsible for working with our Sales & Marketing team to identify new and current opportunities to provide solutions to existing and prospective customers. Serving the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing market, as well as the distribution market, you will manage the business intelligence gathering efforts to ensure we have comprehensive awareness of our target market opportunities to help maximize results.
This position is assigned to our internal marketing company, Market Vision.
Job Duties:
·Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand our ability to provide
solutions to new and/or existing customers.
·Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
·Gather research and perform analysis to process into an actionable plan.
·Analyze customer data to identify target customers, target markets and develop marketing
strategies.
·Provide regular reporting and updates of campaign process to pertinent team members to
support ongoing visibility of prospects.
·Partner with cross‐functional teams to create and implement business development strategies.
·Research, update, and manage customer profile accuracy in our company’s CRM software.
·Ability to manage and report on campaign progress to internal partners.
·Continuously improve knowledge of our solutions and industry trends to stay informed and
maintain competitive advantage.
·Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills:
· High school diploma required and post‐secondary education in business, marketing, data science or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Results‐driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
·Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges.
·Thrives in a fast‐paced, team environment with excellent time management skills.
·CRM knowledge of Salesforce and Netsuites a plus.
·Strong understanding of social media, websites and other platforms necessary to research and gather information needed.
