Marketing and Creative Specialist

AGRILAND FS is looking for a creative self-starter with solid graphic design and digital marketing experience who can strongly impact the business success of our financially stable and growing ag cooperative. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will create a broad range of marketing pieces to motivate and inspire customers to engage with AGRILAND FS and its business units, while continuing to build a strong brand presence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design digital media and print materials aligned with company objectives, strategies, and goals
• Evaluate and maintain all company-branded websites, social media channels, SEO, and site analytics
• Collaborate with AGRILAND FS team members to create, design, edit, and execute marketing projects and campaigns that grow market share of our products and services
• Work closely with marketing team and sales managers to ensure brand consistency and execute company strategy
• Assist with design and production of other marketing communication projects as assigned

What we need from you:

• Degree in business marketing, graphic design, or other related degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience with design and content development while executing marketing strategies
• Knowledge and experience using digital platforms (social media, websites, e-mail marketing) to grow brand awareness, engage an audience, and increase market share
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with design software; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple product lines, meet deadlines, and interact with all business units with an open, creative, and inspiring attitude
• Strong attention to detail, solid editing and proofreading skills, and experience with content management and analytics reporting
