Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description:

NuWave LLC is looking to grow our business by adding a Fulfillment agent to our team. The Fulfillment agent will have interaction between customer service, warehouse, retail, marketing and sales, and shipping for assigned client accounts. This position will focus on processing orders, and releases orders for shipment according to sales policy and customer requirements and playing a supporting role to resolve customer complaints.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

This candidate will interact on a regular basis with sales, customer service, and management staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders received via all input methods (Amazon, Walmart, M.O.M. system, etc.) as required for high visibility accounts.

· Processing orders in an accurate and timely manner from receipt of customer order through customer shipment, delivery, and invoice for designated customer accounts.

· Responsible for the supporting the administration and documenting of Return/ Correction orders for shipment refusals, carrier damages, and carrier shortages.

· Proactively update internal customers regarding inventory specific situations: open orders, back-orders, in-transit updates.

· Creating and posting inventory adjustments and transfers as directed.

· Post all daily transactions for sales, inventory and purchasing.

Qualifications:

· Have experience using Microsoft excel, word, and outlook.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that produce desired results.

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers which includes coworkers, managers, customers, regulatory agencies, and vendors.

· Ability to use a computer and standard business and other work-related software with minimal instruction.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with professional ethics and standards.

· Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow through.
