Social Media Content Specialist

The Social Media Content Specialist is responsible for generating, implementing, and monitoring Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Create a Social Media strategy guided by the General Manager and Operations Manager of Progressive Air Systems. 
• Oversee our existing Social Media accounts and create new accounts as needed.
• Plan, design, and implement organic social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement, education, user growth, and retention.
• Generate social media posts and infographics with consistent brand voice, tone, and style, adhering to Progressive Air’s style guides
• Utilize social media insights and performance analytics to inform and optimize organic social media campaigns.
• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling, including video scripts and organic content.
• Coordinate and execute on-site content shoots (including creating photography shot lists and video scripts)
• Build our online brand with the help of our team members.
• Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers in the HVAC Industry.
• Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML) that can be shared on all marketing mediums including traditional.
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
• Support additional marketing tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to create SEO content through text, image, and video.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
• Experience with Canva or other design software.
• Google Analytics
• Email Marketing Experience a plus, but not necessary.

• Must have (2) year of Social Media Marketing to include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Must have extreme attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean DL
• Background check required
• Be a Team Player and good communicator.
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent at multi-tasking and being flexible.
