Newsletter Pro is dedicated to helping small businesses grow by building genuine client relationships. We create custom print newsletters and other digital and physical products emphasizing connection, personality, and brand engagement. Everything we do focuses on reflecting the values and voice of the incredible entrepreneurs we work with. Our clients are located nationwide (and beyond) and work in various industries.

Our home office is in Boise, Idaho, with many of our employees working remotely from over a dozen states across the US. Our diverse team handles every step of the newsletter process, from writing and editing to design and production.

• This is a full-time remote position.

Our writers are content wizards who create custom articles for our clients and internal marketing pieces for our newsletter, website, and social media accounts. They also work with our clients to develop a vision for their newsletters, find ways to add value, and create a product that people will love to read.

This is NOT a free*lance position

The successful candidate is prepared to provide writing samples and complete a mock interview to advance in the interview process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or another relevant field
• At least three years of professional content writing/editing experience
• Minimum of 1 year ghostwriting experience

• Love to write and have experience creating compelling content
• Positive and collaborative work ethic
• Thrive in an environment where fast pace and quality go hand in hand
• Confident on the phone and love building meaningful relationships with clients
• Interested in shaping content and helping our clients give their readers the best
• Understand content marketing and the process of brand-building
• Don’t mind tackling an article at a moment’s notice
• Enjoy doing research and love learning new things
• Work well in a team-based environment and value collaboration

• Monthly phone calls with clients to discuss topics and develop a distinct voice for each campaign
• Conduct research on a wide range of topics ranging from dentistry and physical therapy to history and pop culture
• Write up to 100 articles per month (average of 5-6 per day, 300-500 words each)
• Schedule and complete 2-3 Interviews each day
• Create content designed to be engaging, informative, fun, and personal
• Work in close collaboration with designers, project managers, and editors to ensure high-quality editions are mailed on time every month
• Tackle special projects and internal initiatives as needed
