Marketing Specialist - Internship

Your Role

Our Marketing team is responsible for communicating our service and values to the world in order to increase brand awareness and bring us closer to achieving our vision and fulfilling our mission. Generate captivating audio/visual content and spread it through the most efficient online channels. Tailor enchanting digital content on constantly changing subjects and provide entertaining besides educational material to our young audience.

You will be representing Placement International at the forefront of every organization, the world wide web. Manage our various Social Media accounts and assist in developing enticing strategies to expand our ever[1]growing digital presence. Collect, categorize and analyze data from various campaigns to determine the success criteria of different markets in order to understand trends and seize opportunities.

Assist in the visual representation of Placement International during career fairs and recruitment events by curating stunning promotional materials. As part of the marketing team, you will be at the forefront of our brand and be responsible for how the world perceives our company.

Requirements:

• Be a student/graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, Business administration, or related fields
• Excellent English level both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator as well as other design software
• Exceptional attention to detail, good multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize
• Strong time and project management skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the Hospitality industry and all that revolves around it
• Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided)

Responsibilities:

• Creating and administering effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies
• Expanding social media presence of the company (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram)
• Organizing, planning, and managing global recruitment events
• Creating stunning & professional promotional material for partner hotels & restaurants
• Researching trends on emerging platforms and utilizing tools to recognize opportunities
• Designing and updating material/content for the company (brochures, flyers, roll-ups, etc.)
• Coordinating content updates to websites & email campaigns
• Employ search engine optimization to maximize conversions
