Manufacturing Production Manager(Mandarin Speaking )

CorDx, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure efficient product development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing manufacturing teams, maintaining quality control, and optimizing production processes to improve operational efficiency. The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. • Develop and implement production plans for new and existing products
• Oversee manufacturing teams and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Manage manufacturing processes to ensure quality control and product consistency.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on production progress to senior management.
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
• Mandarin speaking preferred
