WHAT WE NEED


We’re looking for an Account Manager Specialist to join our team! The Account Manager is responsible for the account management and program delivery of the Outsell Software as a Service (SaaS) customer engagement platform. This position will support the Director of Account Management and Senior Account Manager to manage quality delivery utilizing a diverse and distributed team, and through collaborative execution with the Customer Success team.

Select Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversight for Outsell delivery and program execution and client/partner resources
    • Primary contact for the client-partner program owner.
    • Ensure partner engagement and coordinate input for internal channel partner project kick-off meetings.
    • Communicate program scope, deliverables, and expectations with the Outsell core and extended teams.
    • Establish and ensure consistent execution of channel partner program meeting cadence and escalation process.
  • Manage program scope and quality program execution within the client-partner Master Service Agreements (MSA).
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Outsell platform and Customer Engagement programs including client-partner background and business rules, account strategy, program implementation and operational delivery of all Outsell capabilities.
  • Manage the Outsell Success Framework (OSF) and ensure the process is consistently executed within the internal and channel partner teams on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis to meet Channel Partner plan and goals.
  • Direct and coordinate program-related tasks with analytics team, product team, services team, and customer success teams.
  • Compile, analyze, summarize, and communicate program performance metrics to channel partner executive sponsors, program owners and field organization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams in the development of channel-specific product training materials for the partner, field and client teams and direct and coordinate training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Team to ensure dealer and market-level account assignments are executed and managed to agreed cadence and to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions, both inside and outside of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHO WE WANT


If you have the following education, experience, and competencies, this might be the role for you!

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; and
  • 3+ years of account management, managing digital marketing programs for Fortune 100 clients; or
  • A combination of education and work experience necessary to perform essential functions.
  • Preferred: Database or interactive marketing management experience; and/or experience working in the automotive industry at Tier 2, or 3; in online media or general advertising management; and/or working in a marketing capacity within a SaaS organization

TRAVEL/LOCATION

  • Up to 10% travel required by car and plane to partners, clients, and/or other remote locations
  • This position is hybrid based in the Minneapolis headquarters.
