Multifamily Property Manager

HH Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Multifamily Property Manager for a temporary opportunity at an apartment community in beautiful Naples, FL.

This is a temporary work opportunity being offered through our staffing agency that could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Work schedules are typically full time – 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday with some weekends included.

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage leasing activities, coordinate maintenance requests, and uphold property standards to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of leasing, including inquiries, applications, and lease agreements
• Conduct property tours and ensure a high level of customer service for prospective and current residents
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident communication, and financial transactions
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain current ones
• Uphold property appearance and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family residential setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
