Rely Services, Inc. (Rely), is a fast-growing IT services company specializing in IT Consulting, Development, Mobile Development, Business Process Outsourcing(BPO), and Data services.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will assist with the hiring process of all in-house positions. This will include but not be limited to: Placing Ads, Searching for candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and employee follow up/reviews.

Recruiter Responsibilities

● Working Hours are Mon-Fri, 8 hours daily.

● Manage candidates throughout the interviewing and hiring process

● Prioritize and plan recruiting needs with internal team and hiring managers

● Search and engage candidates through various job boards, internal databases, referrals, and various social and professional media tools

● Qualify candidates during phone calls and in-person meetings

● Match candidate skills/desires/personality with our needs

● Negotiate terms of employment with IT - Non-IT candidates.

● Updating and organizing employee paperwork.

● Employee reviews and check-ins

● Onboarding & paperwork experience required

Recruiter Qualifications

● 3-5 years of recruiting experience

● HR Experience a plus

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency

● Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team

● Excellent Interview Hosting Skills

● The intellect to “think on your feet,” solve problems, and make wise decisions

● Ability to be creative and influence

● Flexibility is a must

● Competent listening Skills
