CareerBuilder is looking for energetic, motivated “Hunter” professionals to join our sales team and focus on new business development. The Major Account Executive is responsible for selling CareerBuilder's suite of products, from small deals to complex solutions that align with the client's vision.
In this 100% remote-based role, you will be an expert at solving problems by researching your clients/prospects, learning about their industry and business, and identifying challenges they currently and prospectively may face; as well as, educating the potential customer on CareerBuilder’s superior value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to uncover net-new qualified business opportunities, leverage the company’s expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers
- Qualify, research, and prioritize sales leads
- Identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions
- Schedule meetings, trainings, and demonstrations for sales prospects
- Managing activity in Salesforce including creating new accounts, assigning category of business, tracking opportunities, to ensure efficient account management
- Consistently achieve qualified new business activity each month
- Responsible for writing proposals and strategizing deals
- Perform as a key member of a fast-paced Sales team with skills in strategically developing and qualifying new revenue opportunities

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience with conceptual sales at enterprise level, solution selling, performance and value-based selling
- Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing industry experience preferred
- Agile mindset with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic corporate environment, coupled with a strong desire for continuous learning.
- Proactive and engaging communication style, both internally and externally, to drive collaboration and client engagement.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in cross-functional, remote, and matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Office 365 (PowerPoint & Excel), Tableau, and other relevant tools for managing pipelines and delivering compelling presentations.
