Typical Experience: 60-84 months This Senior-level Specialist participates in GIS database development, enhancement, and maintenance work assigned to the GIS Unit. Also supports designing and developing GIS database components current to Enterprise GIS.

Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
2. Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
3. Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions, maintenance (including production support), etc.

Specifically the resource will support Esri Roads and Highways, SpotOnline, NC CRIS, and ATLAS implementation to include migration of some components to Azure Cloud. Resource will also serve as Unit Metadata SME.
