Account Manager – Schaumburg, IL

As one of the leading ecommerce jewelers in the world, and a leader in ethical origin fine jewelry, we are on the lookout for a bright, motivated Account Manager. Our Account Managers are passionate about helping people through the order process by building strong relationships with consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually keep up to date with our growing portfolio of products so that you can effectively and professionally communicate them to our client base
  • Effectively balance the advocacy of your clients’ needs while ensuring that our company’s interests and goals are always maintained
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat communication
  • Work through customized orders with clients while paying heavy attention to detail in an effort to achieve their vision
  • Lead the coordination of resources and information to develop quotations and other documents that commit our company to our customers
  • Monitor the status of each quote throughout the entire process, ensuring each is processed promptly
  • Coordinate and communicate inventory levels, product return information, and shipment arrival
  • Become an integral part in channel management as we introduce products to retail stores
  • Manage promotions, reset initiatives, and new product placement to increase promotional activity

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of corporate customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone and customer relationship building skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills as well as strong attention to detai
