Deposit Business Banking Specialist

The Deposit Business Banking Specialist is responsible for providing cash management and business account opening support to the Cash Management Specialist as directed. The Deposit Business Banking Specialist’s primary role will be to onboard new business accounts, assist with the implementation of all Cash Management products and services, and provide ongoing servicing of Platinum Bank Cash Management clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Participate in client visits with the Cash Management Specialist when appropriate.

· Complete UCMA-Universal Cash Management Agreement- and any other Cash Management paperwork for new Cash Management clients.

· Manage new business account openings, client due diligence, and Cash Management services facilitation.

· Coordinate the opening of new consumer accounts and products with the Client Services Teams and/or Private Banker.

· Coordinate business account signer changes and other business account change related maintenance.

· Assist in the preparation for relationship reviews, examinations, and audits.

· Conduct client training and file testing (some local travel required).

· Work with the Cash Management Specialist on projects relating to new Cash Management products and services.

· Assist with Merchant Services – New and Changes.

· Complete UCMA Annual Reviews.

· Complete RDC – Remote Deposit Capture Annual Reviews.

· Complete Commercial Risk Assessment Annual Reviews.

· Updating daily / weekly / monthly reporting.

· Assist in problem resolution for Cash Management clients.

Other Responsibilities:

· Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

· Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.

· Assist and support projects (cash management or other) as assigned.

· Complete directed training opportunities promoting technical skills, security, risk management and the banking industry.

· Attend other seminars sponsored by bank associations.

· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Experience/Education

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required.

· 5+ years’ experience in related field.

· Business Banking / Cash Management experience preferred.
