MobilityWorks®, is seeking an outgoing, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will guide candidates through the interviewing process and ensure a seamless interviewing experience. Essential Job Functions and Duties:
Develop and execute full cycle recruiting plans for assigned departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Help develop Position Profiles and marketing tools for new positions.
Maintain regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the success of recruiting plans and implementation.
Source a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for recruiting.
Be able to convey company values and benefits to prospective employees.
Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the internal offer process.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
2 years+ experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
Light industrial experience a plus
Experience using various ATS systems as well as other recruiting tools
Strong Internet research and social media recruitment skills.
Ability to work independently and with urgency, advocating for candidates to surface and hire the best candidates.
Ability to manage workload in a constantly changing environment.
Flexibility and creativity in recruiting efforts.
Strong internal and external customer service skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment
Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
