Sales Executive - Branding & Digital Agency B2B (Base plus Commission - 120k+ package)

We are currently recruiting for and Sales Executive with the skills to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling new leads that come into the business monthly, generating leads where possible, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Sales Executive should also be extremely competitive and a good listener.

The Sales Executive will focus on new revenue opportunities and Internet services for businesses. This position involves lead management, networking, and in-person meetings. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be confident, well-spoken, and eager to close new sales and increase revenue.

Salary plus Commission based on territory and New Business. We also offer group health benefits, dental, vision, along with 401K savings, company computer and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Contact new leads, set meetings and close sales

- Identify or manage opportunities within existing clients and close sales.

- Attending network events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and find ways to identify opportunities.

· Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

· Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

· Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients in-person, door to door

· Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

· Working with sales team when closing the sale

· Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

· Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales

· Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

· Closing sales and working with client through the closing process

Qualifications:

· 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience

· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

· Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

· Self-motivated and self-directed, excel in time management and organization

· Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

· Previous experience in outbound call center, B2B sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

· Self-discipline and self-confidence to make daily new business calls and in-person door to door calls

· Persuasive and goal-oriented

· Experience in selling face-to-face and over the phone

· Ability to identify customer needs

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with a potential customer.

· Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and experience with CRM software

· Ability to be flexible in a new growing position.
