Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home. **We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.

SavvyMoney's Corporate Marketing Team is growing and looking for an Events Marketing Manager who oversees all aspects of planning and management of in-person and online events of different sizes and purposes. Responsible for overseeing and managing events, creating branded experiences, and addressing potential problems. This role collaborates with Corporate Marketing to develop successful social media campaigns connected to brand activities and event schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director of Marketing and collaboratively work cross-functionally with Revenue teams and partners to support event planning.
  • Responsible for engaging in large-scale events with strategic partners and events across the United States.
  • Plan and produce events such as Money 20/20, NCR Accelerate, and Q2 Connect to promote SavvyMoney as a trusted partner.
  • Serves as an event layout and logistics consultant for SavvyMoney teams and online events with third-party partners.
  • Develops activities and opportunities for executives' speaking opportunities, including online, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Understand KPIs and define them specifically for events.
  • Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns at events.
  • Monitoring PR activities at large-scale events.
  • Coordinate event entertainment, programming, personnel, contractors, volunteers, and event vendors.
  • Track post-event data, hotel lodging data, budget recaps, and participant and attendee feedback for future event planning and event goal-setting.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to manage and maintain partnerships with destination services events and partner events.
  • Measure, report, and communicate on the success of marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Create and manage Event budgets
  • Requires 10-50% travel as determined by business need.

  • Fluency with marketing tools and technology like Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, and Adobe
  • Proficiency with product design techniques based on hands-on experience
  • Expert grasp of SaaS solutions, software engineering, computer science, or a related field


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in an event production, marketing, or event marketing role
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of managing multiple partners' priorities and initiatives in a complex environment
  • Understanding of a full-funnel marketing approach and associated tactics
  • Experience in digital marketing, platform marketing, and advertising and media approaches
  • Must possess strong communication and written skills
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to market towards it
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Hubspot, and SalesForce
  • Knowledge of livestream platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally
  • High school degree required


Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $120,000.00 and $145,000.00 depending upon experience and geography.

Physical Demands

The work is moderate and includes exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force to move objects and the following physical abilities: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, speaking, standing, talking, visual acuity, and walking

This role includes the potential assembly of booth material within labor standards based on the location of events
