ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages the maintenance of the ALEC website, intranet and social media channels
- Manages ALEC’s digital channels while staying updated on latest marketing technology and social media platforms
- Develops and manages digital marketing initiatives, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, implementing projects and maintaining and communicating results to management
- Develops and implements Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies
- Creates and manages link building strategies, content marketing strategies and social media presences
- Continually evaluates new web technologies and digital marketing trends; recommend and implement new technologies where appropriate and develop campaigns in support of these new technologies
- Forecasts marketing campaign growth and ROI for digital marketing campaigns
- Uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag manager and other relevant tools to assist in driving new membership and loan acquisition
- Drives ongoing engagement reporting for email and social media campaigns
- Acts as a liaison with third-party technology companies to monitor current platform and to evaluate new offerings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education Required: Associate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business, or equivalent work experience
- Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business, or equivalent work experience
- Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience in a digital marketing role
- Experience Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a financial institution in a digital marketing role
Starting pay: $55,000 annually
