Responsibilities:- Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
- Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
- Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Manage the listing process from start to finish, including entering listings into the MLS, coordinating photography and staging, and ensuring accurate and appealing property listings.
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and property tours, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and agents.
- Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate timely and efficient transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, drafting correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the team leader and agents with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Real estate license preferred
- Background in real estate is required for this position
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MLS systems and real estate software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
