Job Summary

The Marketing Manager for our client reports directly to the VP of Operations and their role is to plan, implement marketing strategies. Responsible for strategically implementing marketing, communications and public relations efforts, the Marketing Manager plans, organizes, coordinates and oversees brand development.

• Responsible for brand development, including but not limited to brand messing, interior and exterior design, menu development, packaging and in-store Point of Purchase
• Implements strategic plan for future limited time offer promotions and rewards program
• Works closely with Culinary Operations Manager on development of Limited time offer promotion details
• Manages vendor partnerships
• Oversees website development
• Implements and manages product and pricing tests
• Track and analyze success of Limited Time Offers and other promotions
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications Manager to deliver PR strategies
• Maintains communication sent to Franchisees
• Oversee PR support for Franchisees and brand
• Oversee new Local Store Marketing Implementations and supervise Local Store Marketing for Corporate stores
• Manage marketing and branding agencies
• Manage customer listening program and handling customer feedback via social media networks
• Oversee and manage social media, creative and media requests for Franchise Development department
• Collaborating with direct reports to develop streamlined processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing strategies
• Manage budget for both Local Store Marketing and Branding
• Supervise grand opening plannings with Marketing Manager
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
