Our client is looking for an astute individual to further the quality control of our products and presentation. If you enjoy the creative, fast-paced process of software development, read on. This position is at their Billerica, MA office, currently observing a hybrid home/office work model.

What you will be doing:

Managing the testing and qualification of company products, including software, documentation, and websites
Assessing the visual elements of our products, marketing, and product presentation for quality and consistency
Proofreading copy for marketing, technical, user-facing, and instructional documentation

What you must have:

Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design, and test execution
Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
Comfort with current platforms and technologies, including desktop, web, and mobile devices
Comfort with HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Imaging applications, database concepts, and CLI in a Linux environment
Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline
Tremendous attention to detail, consistency, and continuity
