Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, supporting various initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this full-time, in-office, salaried position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the company's online presence across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Oversee the proper flow of leads from lead vendors to our CRM and call center, optimizing lead conversion rates.
• Design, create, and order marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, in line with our brand and copy guidelines.
• Serve as the backup point of contact for the Marketing Director.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless marketing operations.
• Analyze marketing data to report on performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the home services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital and print marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary package starting at $40,000 per year, based on experience.
