Corporate Marketing Director - Senior Living

Vitality Living, based in Brentwood, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives across the company, oversee content creation, digital marketing, and advertising, proactively identify opportunities for improved performance aligned with the company's mission, manage related budgets, and directly supervise marketing team members.

As Corporate Marketing Director you will

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quarterly and annual marketing plan aligned with corporate objectives and goals.
• Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various platforms such as websites, social media, blogs, print materials, and others that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email campaigns, search engine marketing and optimization strategies, and social media marketing.
• Implement strategies to enhance and protect Vitality Living's reputation, monitor online reviews and feedback, and respond strategically to maintain a positive online presence.
• Manage and coordinate contractors and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, advertising strategies, strategic planning, budget management, team leadership, and performance improvement.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Master's degree, experience in healthcare, long term care, or senior living, and certifications or experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketing Automation, or analytics are preferred but not required.
