Paid Media Specialist

We are currently looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will guide clients with their digital strategies and will manage and coordinate projects.

What you'll do:

  • Implement and execute planned paid media campaigns, including but not limited to Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Own all aspects of daily account responsibilities for platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search and paid social in accordance with client goals.
  • Meet project deadlines and operate within project budgets
  • Collaborate with client facing teams on research and strategy.
  • Work closely with franchisees recommending platforms to use based on client KPIs.
  • Create and present monthly and/or weekly reports with analysis or paid search and social campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement to team members and franchisees.
  • Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Social and other account leads to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels.
  • Own multiple campaigns with multiple accounts for numerous franchisees.
  • Champion and drive continuous improvement on business processes.

What you bring:

  • An understanding of how to organize and optimize content across paid search and paid social media platforms to measurably reach and engage audiences.
  • Analytical know-how to produce and use audience data and insights, web analytics, search and social media metrics, and media monitoring insights to inform actionable. Recommendations to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Experiencing writing, proofreading, and copy editing digital and social media content.
  • Experience using research tools such as SEMRush.
  • Experience with project management tools to include Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to move between priorities, exercise independent thinking, improve audit efficiencies and lead engagements.
  • Extensive skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Be an expert communicator, share knowledge and ideas freely, ask questions, provide feedback and regularly update the team on work progress.
  • Strong understanding across pillar of traffic, conversion, retention, and value maximization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).
  • Ability to interact and gain trust of stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting needs and/or priorities.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to make things better.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience at an agency or consulting firm

Work Location:

This role is 100% remote with up to 15% travel expected.
