Project Manager Network Data - 53009

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Project Manager Network Data, to work in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of Network Information Technology (IT) projects, ensuring adherence to technical design, configuration, security, and deployment requirements.
• Follow standard project management lifecycle and IT industry best practices regarding business and technical objectives, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Develop project management deliverables and artifacts required for successful project execution.
• Lead cross-functional technical and business teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and managing schedule and scope.
• Achieve project goals on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements within a complex, resource-constrained enterprise environment.
• Keep the Director and stakeholders informed of project status, including schedule, scope, quality, and cost.
• Establish timelines and resource requirements for project execution, coordinating with stakeholders and sponsors for resource approvals.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with state, federal, and other applicable agency standards by collaborating with IT and business stakeholder areas.
• Identify project risks and coordinate resolution with project leadership.
• Provide both technical expertise and project management leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply experience and judgment to effectively plan and accomplish project goals.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and status reporting tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including documentation of deliverables and project status.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects, particularly in IT infrastructure environments and implementation/deployment projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects involving the implementation of network infrastructure components.
• Preferably holds Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
