Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fire Protection- Clean Agent Special Hazards Expert who is ready for a new challenge. The ideal candidate should have business development experience, be capable of winning work and projects, and growing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects involving the installation, inspection, and testing of fire protection systems, with a focus on Clean Agent systems
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners in the industrial markets, healthcare markets, power generation markets, and data centers in Florida
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including selling work and building a team of technicians to execute projects
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of fire protection solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Contribute to the growth and success of the company through project management, team recruitment, and branch development

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire protection engineering, with a focus on clean agent systems.
NICET Level 3 certification in special hazards or equivalent Fire Protection Engineering (FPE) qualification.
Proven track record of success, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Extensive knowledge of industrial markets, healthcare markets, power generation markets, or data centers.
Ability to lead project teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in business development and client relationship management is desirable.
Familiarity with sprinkler and fire alarm systems is a plus.
