Proposal Coordinator

Harris Miller Miller & Hanson Inc. (HMMH) has an immediate opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to work in a remote or a hybrid capacity at one of our seven office locations. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for leading data calls, aiding in proposal submissions, managing the firm's industry events calendar, and updating marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting proposal development, with a keen eye for detail. Graphic design and layout skills are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and production of qualifications packages and proposals:
- Formatting resumes, firm bios, and project summary sheets
- Completing required proposal forms and coordination of appropriate signatures by leadership
- Support the development and production of brochures, presentations, email and website content.
- Submit and maintain industry prequalification documents.
- Maintain staff resumes, project summary sheets, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain database records (Cosential and Vantage Point)
- Maintain and coordinate events and social media calendar.
- Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of promotional materials and staff business cards (print and electronic)
- Other duties as assigned (such as assisting with prime proposals and potential leads via email/RFP websites, etc.).
Requirements:
- Studies in marketing, English, journalism, or communication preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Engages positively in active listening and asks relevant questions about assignments.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Flexible with a strong work ethic and positive, can-do and team-player attitude
