POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager develops and implements Host Defense and Fungi Perfecti digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales, primarily within the direct-to-consumer channel. The Digital Marketing Manager exhibits a strong command of current marketing tools, integrated strategies and best practices to support digital tactics from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager manages a growing team across multiple digital channels including social and web and works with other members of the sales and marketing teams to successfully accomplish department goals and campaigns.

he Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This is a full-time exempt position; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and is located in Olympia, WA. Hybrid or remote work arrangement is possible if located within the Puget Sound.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new and creative growth strategies in the digital sphere.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop quarterly digital marketing content and ad calendars to execute on sales goals.
  • Lead ongoing analysis of digital marketing impacts, including the development and monitoring of KPIs for online sales, social media, paid ads, and email marketing to inform content plans and tactics for maximized ROI.
  • Develop and manage methods of attribution to demonstrate ROI from digital marketing efforts.
  • Present digital marketing campaign KPIs to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Implement and manage execution of digital strategies and tactics such as social media marketing, new customer acquisition campaigns, audience segmentation, re-targeting and re-marketing, SEO, A/B testing, etc.
  • Identify target direct-to-consumer demographics to build and test ad audiences accordingly.
  • Strategize on paid ad campaigns to optimize spend and achieve sales goals. Forecast ad trends to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure digital design aligns with brand aesthetic across all channels.
  • Manage content creation process including graphic design, email design, video editing, and animation for all digital channels.
  • Develop and identify new opportunities within the digital space. Monitor emerging technologies that may impact strategies or tactics. Provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
  • Support omnichannel-aligned customer communication and strategy across all digital platforms in collaboration with cross-departmental teams.
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure web-readiness for planned digital campaigns and efforts.
  • Manage dynamic Digital Team and develop collaborative plans to implement department goals.
  • Occasional travel is expected.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four (4) years+ experience in digital marketing which included both individual contributor and supervisory duties.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing opportunities and optimization.
  • Experience with execution and management of various digital marketing tactics such as email marketing , social media marketing, paid ads, and SEO/SEM.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at advanced level.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years management experience.
  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field; substantially relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to occasionally work beyond normal business hours and weekends if needed.

Wage Range: $76,794 - $109,366 per year.

The Company's pay range for this job is published in compliance with the State of Washington 's Equal Pay Opportunities Act and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
