Goal:
Support HCC goal of being Benchmark in customer reputation enhancing multi-site program customer engagement and experience through:
1. Reliability – building trust (standardizing top of funnel)
2. Experience – how we define ourselves and relate to others (discovery and optimization)
3. Diligence – continuous improvement (non-complacency)
Purpose:
To establish HCC as a partner across our various scopes of work (new construction, repaint, facility maintenance, and consulting) by creating and managing a formalized, data-driven customer retention program (CRP). This includes, but is not limited to, data collection and management, process creation, and direct sales activity with guidance from Director – Strategic Alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management
· Gather relevant data from previous HCC GC/DTO projects and CRM platforms.
· Create life-cycle process for repaints and cross-divisional opportunities.
· Create follow-up cadence to manage life cycles.
· Develop reports and reminders that identify timing for cyclical CRP programs by division/segment.
· Work with Director of Customer Experience to develop customer recognition opportunities (birthdays, anniversaries, special interests, etc.)
2. Program development
· Working with Director of Strategic Alliances, develop HCC ongoing maintenance program that can be sold at time of initial project completion. Possible names include “HCC RED Assurance”, “HCC RED Care”, “HCC RED Repair”, “HCC Partner Painting Program.”
o Site survey
o Pressure Washing
o FEW Painting
o Full Repaint
· Clearly outline key CRP program components and their processes.
· Working with Director of Customer Experience and Marketing Coordinator, create, maintain, and update CRS specific marketing tools (labels, sales collateral, strategic social media posts)
3. Sales Engagement
· Ability to engage with existing Sales & Divisional teams to promote CRP processes.
· Engage with clients for the purpose of presenting/selling maintenance programs.
4. Product & Project Knowledge
· Develop an understanding of paints & coatings.
· Develop an understanding of HCC services.
· Engage with sales and divisional teams to understand painting processes.
