Job Summary
As SiTime’s Director/Sr Director of Digital Marketing, you lead all aspects of the company’s online experience, from the corporate website, SEO/SEM programs, 3rd party and syndicated content programs and eCommerce growth. This leader will work closely with sales, integrated marketing, product and segment marketing to deliver the SiTime CX strategy and experience in the digital world, whether it is on SiTime.com or a partner website, social media, or SiTimeDirectTM , our eCommerce store. This includes strategic road mapping and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of digital campaigns in partnership with integrated marketing, monitoring performance analytics, digital traffic, and revenue growth. Success will require an experienced digital marketer with a history of success in large online and ecommerce businesses. The right leader will also have a deep comfort working closely with marketing analytics and data science as this is a data driven organization. Qualifications & Requirements:
- In partnership with marketing leadership, build our digital marketing strategy and roadmap
- Demonstrated results building digital experiences that accelerates business growth – think strategically, manages execution across the team. Strong balance of risk management and measurement to drive decisions.
- Future forward thinker, ability to design in capabilities that expand SiTime’s digital CX over time. Balance of today, technology and tomorrow possibilities to expand via Web 3.0 concepts and B2B engagement.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling eCommerce, digital marketing, and CX
- Proven experience delivering large digital and marketing technology projects, including website transformations, digital advertising programs and eCommerce engines.
- Deep understanding and operating experience in UX/UI design, CMS technology stack, Web 3.0, communities, and search/performance marketing.
- Experience providing hands on analysis and recommendations in the areas of SEO/SEM, display, affiliate marketing, marketplace management and other e-commerce fundamentals
- Strong program and project leadership skills, including project management, resource allocation, and execution with an extended team and agency partners.
- Strategic thinker, with a bias toward action and tenacity to deliver complex projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
- Data and metrics driven, with deep analytical skills that deliver insights, and when applied continuously improve the digital experience and impact.
- Extensive experience in CRM and the Salesforce platform with proven ability to drive re-purchase rate and meet LTV objectives
- Strong analytical skills with consultative approach. Capability to transform online KPI data into actionable insights and execute upon them; demonstrated experience using KPIs/web analytics to impact digital business
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for eCommerce growth
Desired Characteristics & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience of acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of corporate digital properties (strategy, execution, resources), SEM, CRM, affiliate, marketplaces, display, retargeting and funnel optimization
- 5-7 years of people management experience
- Genuine desire to drive growth mindset and develop leaders
- Exceptional leadership skills, highly collaborative and creative thinker, with a bias toward action
- Passionate about the possibilities that digital, eCommerce and data can drive
- Ability and experience communicating to a wide range of constituents across functions, organizational levels, and cultures; proven experience leading through influence in a matrix organization - working with both global and local organizations.
- Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
- Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
- Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
- Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher level strategy
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executives and across the organization.
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

Base pay is one part of SiTime’s Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity-based compensation.
