Position Title: Account Executive, Detroit
Reports to: VP, National Ad Sales
Position Summary:
The National Ad Sales Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agency executives. This role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, managing a large book of business, effectively promoting Screenvision's benefits to brands, creating integrated media programs, and ensuring contract fulfillment. The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining our inclusive company culture and drives success through continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships at senior executive levels within agencies. (e.g., CMO, Managing Partner, AMD)
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic sales strategies.
- Identify client challenges and position Screenvision as a solution provider.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate internal resources for execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout campaign execution.
- Manage expectations internally and externally.
- Ensure account profitability by tracking expenses.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends.
- Serve as backup to the Vice President as required.
- Lead by example, focusing on brand-building, teambuilding, and open communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and selling multi-media packages to agencies/clients.
- Proven success in building agency/client relationships and executing marketing objectives.
- Experience selling non-traditional and integrated products.
- Ability to interact with representatives at all levels of agencies.
- Monthly national travel may be required.
This full-time position covers the Detroit territory and is currently based from a home office.
