Compensation

Base pay for drivers is $21/hr.
Tips and Bonuses have brought all our drivers up to an average of $27.71/hr over the 12 months thru Nov. 2023.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues
Engage with customers to explain our value and facilitate purchase
Maintain and reinforce a safety-first culture
Assist with local marketing efforts
Support and promote company values
Support recruiting of new team members
Assist in training new hires
Help us to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement ideas
Attend all mandatory training, meetings & events
Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement

Qualifications

Be a people person! this is a customer-facing role
Learn the skills of both Navigator and Driver positions
Ability to learn and use mobile app's in the field
Attention to detail in understanding basic truck operation, maintenance, and care
Maintain a valid driver's license with good driving record (CDL is NOT required)
Be at least 21 years of age (DOT regulation for drivers)
Must be able to commute to/from our location reliably
Supply own mobile phone (company will provide tablets as needed for on-the-job duties)
Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
