Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms
Implement and maintain social media calendars and schedules
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices
Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
Basic graphic design skills are preferred but not required
