Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Immediate Position Available!!! We are looking for an enthusiastic RBT to join our team in the Sebring area.  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT Certification by the BACB
• Medicaid Provider ID in good standing
• All training and in-services required by AHCA, Medicaid, or as required by the agency.

Behavior Technician Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate behavioral technician to join our team. Registered Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. The candidate will assist client with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on their progress notes, and effectively communicate with families and Team members.

To be successful in this role, you will display a compassionate nature, empathy and discretion in your work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, parents and colleagues.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to client in a one-on-one therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data.
• Submit daily session notes.
• Provide a fun, safe and motivational environment for the client.
• Communicate frequently with BCBA and caregivers.
