Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming new business sales calls or walk-in business as needed
- Marketing, quoting, rating of new client business and account renewals
- Support and service a wide range of personal lines accounts
- Cross-sell or account rounding as needed ensuring clients have appropriate coverage
- Effectively solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Liaison between clients, producers and insurance company
- Have FUN while you work :)
Requirements
- 220, 20-44 or 440 license in the state of Florida
- 2 years P&C agency insurance sales experience required including experience with auto, homeowners, renters, condo, boat, umbrella, flood, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding their expectations with exceptional service
- High level of professionalism in all interactions
- Up-to-date technology capabilities with increasing emphasis on paperless environment
- Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Must have transportation
