Job Description

Job Title: UX Designer

Pay Range: $65K-85K

We are looking to hire a new UX Designer. This team will work on UX projects for both our Corporate and Field teams, so we will need someone who has experience running full-lifecycle initiatives that include creating these goals/initiatives from scratch, running research methodologies (quantitative/qualitative), implementing design/projects, evaluating, and presenting findings to leadership.

Although you will be a part of the whole lifecycle, the design focus for this person will be within prototyping and usability testing. We are continually looking to move towards a user-centered strategy and, because of this, have initiatives that are actively in process before pushing it into production and refining past designs. We will need someone who is okay speaking with users (Interviews/Qualitative Analysis), creating designs (Prototyping and A/B testing), and testing these interfaces a majority of the time. This will include work done as a team and solo projects, so we will need someone who can excel in both.

Personality-wise, we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing team/organization and be a continual UX/CX learner. Someone who does not need their hand held but wants to sponge up methodology and UX strategy does well here.

***Portfolios and/or Case Studies are a plus***
