AV Integrator - Sales & Service Specialist

Position will support or Permanent Install division. This would be a versatile role including budgeting, engineering, client interaction, and on site execution.

• Provide technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and project implementation process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success preferably within the audiovisual or technology industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of AV systems, equipment, and integration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
