Accounts Receivable

Assist A/R Manager with daily operations, billing clients in alignment with company procedure and client requirements and working with all personnel.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in receiving, maintaining, and submitting all SOV's

· Ensure SOV aligns with contract and executed change orders and previously billed draws to date

· Ensure all monthly draws are accurate, approved by A/R manager and recorded before month is closed

· Create, send, and receive vendor waivers according to client requirements on all projects

· Assist with updating monthly billing checklist, insurance certificates, and draw revisions

· Receive all payments in Spectrum and file deposits accordingly

· Assist Management in submitting close out documents on all projects

· Assist in maintaining all contracts files and legal notices as needed

· Report all job delays, payment holds or legal matters to A/R Manager

· Run reports as needed for the A/R Manager CEO, CFO, and Controller

Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent and/or 6 months’ work experience in related field require

· Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Knowledge and Experience:

· Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer communications and multi-tasking

· Experience with Microsoft Windows

· Exceptional Spectrum and Microsoft Excel skills

· Keen attention to detail

· Exceptional documentation skills

· Highly self-motivated and directed
