Inside Sales Specialist (SaaS or Automation exp. req.) Description
Our client in the industrial automation industry is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to add to their rapidly growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the outside sales team in client relationship development, nurturing existing client accounts, and facilitating technical support contract renewals. Our client is looking for a high-energy, motivated individual willing to learn the necessary depth of knowledge of their cutting-edge automation software. An ideal candidate will have exposure to the SaaS/automation industry OR have an engineering background in robotics or similar. This is a very collaborative onsite role where you will work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction continues to lead to repeat and renewal business. With uncapped commissions, you will reap the rewards of your efforts, with KPIs touching everything from client intakes to proposal creation, and of course, contract renewals. • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions
• Generate sales forecasts
Inside Sales Specialist (SaaS or Automation exp. req.) Qualifications
• Technical sales support experience required
• SaaS or Automation industry experience (in sales OR engineering) required
• CRM experience required
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be willing to work in-office in Winston-Salem
