SCHEDULE -

Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 4:30pm


SALARY RATE -

Salary: $80,000K-90,000K / year


IDEAL CANDIDATE -

  • Ability to think outside the box and propose unique ideas to engage target audiences and differentiate the brand.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, CMS and CRM.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and advertisements.
  • Understanding of brand identity and brand management principles to ensure consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot, or similar software.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
  • Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
  • Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
  • Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
  • Composes and manage marketing material.
  • Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.
  • Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages.
  • Identifies target customers and markets.
  • Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
  • Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experienced using Hubspot, Salesfroce, Power BI and Adobe Creative Suite
