Client Outreach Coordinator

Peak Sodding is looking for a Client Outreach Coordinator to join our team in our Southern Wake County office. The Client Outreach Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the initial point of communication for prospective clients, prequalifying and setting on-site appointments with homeowners to ensure they are a fit for our sod installation offerings.

This person will act as a liaison between our homeowners and sales professionals. They will be naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to be a breath of fresh air within our industry with superb communication abilities. They pride themselves on bringing order to chaos and guiding/helping them every step along the way. 

In essence, you get to be the person that leaves people with this initial shock of "Wow! They got in touch with me so quickly." Followed by "They made this process so much easier than I could have ever expected." As our company grows, it becomes more and more difficult to provide that experience within our existing team. This is where you come in.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and Qualify Leads - Engage with homeowners by phone/email/text to determine if their home is a fit for our sod installation offerings. Offer quick communications to ensure an easy, informative and enjoyable initial interaction with our company. 
• Oversee Sales Appointment Schedule – Manage sales calendar by booking onsite assessments for our sales team to meet with and provide estimates to our qualified clients.
• Manage Current Clients – Stay in close contact with existing clients and provide continuous support, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
• Customer Support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify their lawn challenges, and make suggestions for our sod installation solutions.
• Internal Support – Assist our team by taking thorough notes, highlighting important insights about our clients and maintain streamlined communication throughout.
