Senior Video Producer - On Camera Talent

Position Overview:

FINSYNC is seeking a highly qualified, result driven video producer and on-screen talent to join our fast growing company. In this role you will use your video production skills to create marketing videos, content videos, informational video for partners, and how-to video for prospects and customers. We are looking for a professional with considerable experience as a script writer, an editor, a producer, as well as on-camera talent. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable both conducting interviews and being interviewed, and possess an incredibly engaging stage presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with other team members to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that align with the company's brand and messaging.
• Take leadership and manage the end-to-end video production process, from storyboarding to filming, post-production, editing, sound and final delivery.
• Utilize your knowledge of camera, composition and lighting techniques to ensure optimal video quality.
• Operate a variety of video equipment, including cameras, audio recording devices, and lighting setups.
• Edit and enhance video content. This includes color correction, audio balancing and adding motion graphics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of expertise with script writing, video editing, and video production.
• Demonstrated comfort as an on-camera talent.
• Significant experience conducting interviews.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects that demonstrate proficiency with filming, lighting, editing, and animation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with video production targeting B2B customers.
• Experience with video production within the financial technology industry.
• Experience working with start-ups or entrepreneurs.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
