Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through targeted outreach efforts, including phone calls and emails.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sales objectives and the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role.

$17 - $22 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted outreach to generate and qualify leads
Utilize phone calls and emails to engage with potential clients
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

Previous experience in the marketing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively engage with prospects through phone and email
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
