Clerical/ Data Entry Billing Clerk at Fresno County Hispanic Commission

Fresno County Hispanic Commission is looking for one Clerical/ Data Entry Billing Clerk to join our 21 person strong team. Nuestra Casa Mens Residential Facility in Fresno, CA. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain participant files
• Answer telephone calls and route incoming and outgoing
• Submit reports required by Contractual and Licensing obligations
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure program compliance
• Maintain relations with individual, public community and providers
• Process referrals and appointment setting
• Collect information needed to calculate billing
• Input and check data being submitted to Department of Behavior Health (DBH) systems
• Invoices
• UB-04 form for private pay insurances

Qualifications

• Bilingual - English/ Spanish (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 yr experience in Data entry
• Physical Exam and TB test clearance
• CPR certified
• Class B drivers license and insurance (Required)
• Basic Computer skills (ie.. Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Google)
• Email management (Outlook.com)
• Data entry
• Digital calendars
• Video conferencing

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00/hour.
