This allows you to document at time of service and also time to go ask another peer for their input on a case. One-on-one care allows for collaboration throughout your day.

2. Supportive team environment with great support staff to help keep you on time and tech/aide to help intermittently with scribing, print HEP, modalities/cleaning? We provide weekly "lunch and learns" for professional development discussing tough cases and practicing skills on each other.

3. Greater earning potential? We provide a competitive salary and the ability to earn more if you want to see more patients in a week but still stay within our values/framework to seeing patients 1 on 1 for 40 minutes and 60 min evaluations. Ask about our weekly incentive pay option or ability to earn more PTO.

6. Or how about coaching and learning opportunities? If you want to be challenged and be the best version of yourself professionally and personally we can provide that accountability. Weekly staff meetings, and monthly invididual scorecard meetings with Operations Manager, and a generous continuing education package.

7. Do you need student loan repayment plans? We are willing to help with that if that is needed as part of the entire offer.
