Typical Day to Day:
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the performance and optimization of the online marketing channels including e-commerce, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and the Executive Vice President. This person will help strengthen the brand’s position in digitalization and ensure best practices in digital execution.

Job Description:
- Execute CRM strategy and retention marketing programs on digital channels
- Maximize our website to drive optimal user experience and sales opportunities, by leading user experience design updates, content development and production, data analytics, data analytics and site development
- Prepare channel and campaign performance reports and share key findings that will drive results
