Summary/Objective
The CFO manages all aspects of finance and accounting functions through development and maintenance of sound accounting and business practices, procedures and systems. Manages policies and procedures related to financial reporting, audit, internal control, finance and payroll management information systems, cash management, tax billing, and member relations. Establishes strategy and direction for the critical functional area of Finance and is responsible for aligning department objectives with strategic goals. Advises and assists the CEO, as a member of the management team, in meeting or exceeding the overall financial and strategic objectives and its subsidiary businesses.
