Production Operator - Monday - Friday - AM Shift - $16 Hr

As a Production Operator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately fill orders and receive materials while adhering to safety procedures and meeting department deadlines.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Following standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and high-quality manufacturing process.
• Meeting the production output goals assigned by your supervisor.
• Focusing on continuous process improvement to increase efficiency.
• Collaborating effectively with your team members and building strong working relationships.
• Demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
• Operating materials handling and bottling equipment.
• Being adaptable to meet changing organizational and operational needs.
• Communicating effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
• Possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned.

In terms of education and experience, the minimum requirement for this position is a High School degree or GED, along with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.

To be successful in this role, you should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure of deadlines, and have excellent written, analytical, verbal, and research skills. Additionally, you should have the ability to work independently and quickly, as well as part of a team to execute tasks.
